By purchasing an AGRIMINDS® program, session, or resource through Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

All AGRIMINDS® programs and services require full payment at the time of registration. Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Because enrollment space is limited and program preparation begins immediately upon registration, payment secures your place in the program.

No Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching programs, digital resources, and limited enrollment opportunities, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, inability to attend sessions, change of circumstances, or unused program access.

Non-Transferable Enrollment

Program registrations and coaching sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared, assigned, or transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC.

Program Participation

AGRIMINDS® programs provide tools, coaching, and educational resources designed to support participants in their personal and professional development. Results may vary depending on each participant’s level of engagement, implementation, and individual circumstances.

Scheduling & Program Changes

Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC reserves the right to adjust program schedules, session dates, or delivery format if necessary in order to maintain the quality and integrity of the program experience.

Participants will be notified of any changes in advance whenever possible.

Intellectual Property

All AGRIMINDS® materials, frameworks, workbooks, tools, and program content are the intellectual property of Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC and are provided for personal use only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
