AGRIMINDS® SUMMIT TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket to the AGRIMINDS® Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund & Ticket Transfer Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, but tickets may be transferred to another individual. If you’re unable to attend, you are responsible for finding someone to take your place. To complete a transfer, you must notify us in writing at least 7 days before the event, including the full name and contact information of the new attendee.

Note: Kacee Bohle/AGRIMINDS® is not responsible for finding a replacement attendee on your behalf.

2. Event Changes
While we do not anticipate changes, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the speaker lineup, schedule, or venue as necessary. Any updates will be communicated to ticket holders via email.

3. Photography & Media Release
By attending the AGRIMINDS® Summit, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes across all AGRIMINDS® and Kacee Bohle Coaching platforms. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.

4. Personal Conduct
We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all attendees. Disruptive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone violating this policy may be removed from the event without a refund.

5. Liability Waiver
Attendance is at your own risk. AGRIMINDS®, Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC, and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the event, including during travel to and from the venue.

6. Content & Media Ownership
All content presented during the AGRIMINDS® Summit—including workshops, slides, handouts, exercises, audio/video recordings, and other materials—is the intellectual property of Kacee Bohle and AGRIMINDS®. These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

By attending, you agree not to record or publicly share any portion of the event content without prior authorization.

7. Weather & Force Majeure
In the case of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disaster, public health emergency, or government restrictions), we will make every effort to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a credit toward a future AGRIMINDS® offering.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
