By purchasing the AGRIMINDS Experience, you agree to the following terms:

Program Access

Your purchase includes access to the AGRIMINDS Experience and any materials, resources, bonuses, and community access included with your enrollment. Program content may be updated or improved over time.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you select a payment plan. If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access until your account is brought current.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to course materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, downloads, and content are the property of Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC and are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Community Standards

Participants are expected to contribute respectfully and maintain the confidentiality of other members. Kacee Bohle Coaching LLC reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the community. Removal from the program does not entitle the participant to a refund.

Recording Consent

Live coaching sessions may be recorded and made available to current members of the AGRIMINDS Experience. By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded.
